Repairs and Renovation (left) Opportunities to repair and replace degrading structural elements and deteriorating facade treatments can encourage more activity along the street.  This strategy addresses issues of general up-keep, as well as the preservation and restoration of the historic building inventory.

Signage (center) This strategy addresses the importance of business identity and what a particular building offers the community.  Historical signage precedents in the community, illustrate several time periods that show appropriate aesthetic options for present day Goldendale.

Wayfinding (right) Wayfinding provides signage and orientation points for the pedestrian on the ground making it clear where they are and how to get to the next identified amenity.  This makes the assets of a community accessible and available.
