Alley Connection

To create different layers of events and uses in the alley throughout the day and during special events, such as Fall City Nightz. Interventions include permeable pavings for pedestrians and trucks, outdoor seating areas and removal of fences, moving electrical cables to underground and creating a double framed structure that acts as a threshold to the alleys as well as holding up banners during events.
