Residents of Roslyn are very proud of the towns history including coal mining, timber, and hit T.V. show Northern Exposure. By arranging these iconic images chronologically from left to right  in front of the main street facade the design illustrates the link between Roslyn’s past, present, and future as well as its architectural heritage.
