The current parking and circulation strategy in the northern portion of Skyway has an inefficient use of space due to incremental development.  Entrances, property lines and borders are vague, and the power line right-of-way is ignored.  Our goal is to turn this liability into an asset by maximizing parking efficiency and accessibility.
